Foot Petals offers a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all merchandise from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the bags. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines or other carriers. If the defect to the product is covered under this warranty, Foot Petals will replace the product, if it is available in stock. If we no longer carry the product, we can substitute for a similar item.
Please contact Customer Service to submit visual proof of the defective product, including your name, email address, ship to address, daytime phone#, product item, color and description of the defect. If available, please scan and send a copy of the original packing slip. Customer Service will review the visual proof to determine if a replacement will be processed.
Foot Petals does not accept defective returns to the warehouse and does not assume any responsibility to these purchases. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Service with the information regarding the defect. If you purchased at an independent retailer or department store, please return your item to that store.
