Issue: I love working out, but I hate when I get athlete’s foot.

Solution: Don't wear 100% cotton socks when working out, or walking long distance. It’s much better to wear a blend of cotton, nylon, and spandex because the nylon will stay drier and the spandex will keep its shape. Cotton is breathable but needs these other fibers to keep you dry, sleek and chic – because nobody wants soggy soles!
