You may return an item within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are not available at this time. See the Make a Return or Exchange section below for more details on returns and exchanges.
The return form should be located in your package. If you have misplaced it, please download and fill out this return form and include it in your return.

Cancel Your Order
|
Once you have placed your order, your order cannot be modified again online. If you believe there is an error in your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-785-9565, or e-mail us. Please have the order number on hand, which can be found in your order confirmation e-mail.
Footpetals.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Should your order be cancelled, you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for any cancelled order.
Some of the reasons for cancelling an order may include:
- Item(s) unavailable
- Complications in the payment processing
- Duplicate order
- Unable to ship to address provided
- Customer Request

Make a Return or Exchange

We will gladly accept your return of UNUSED merchandise within 60 days from the date of purchase on footpetals.com. Exchanges are not available at this time.
If there is a defect, please contact our customer service team directly at 1-800-785-9465.
You will need to use the return form enclosed in your package for the return. If you do not have the form, please download it here. Then, simply add postage and send back to our warehouse at:

Order by Phone

If you’d like to place an order over the phone, please browse footpetals.com and write down the style names and #’s you’d like to purchase (the style number is a 5 digit code, like FP200 or FP052), as well as your preferred color.
Then, simply call our customer service department at 1-800-785-9565, Mon-Fri 9am-10pm EST, Sat-Sun 9am-8pm EST.
The same shipping methods and charges apply, and you will be able to track your order online. |

Placing an Order
|
Browse Footpetals.com and select any items you’d like to purchase. When you are on the product detail page, you can click Add to Shopping Bag. When finished shopping, you may click the Shopping Bag in the upper right corner to begin the checkout process.
During checkout, we ask for your shipping, billing, and credit card information.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive two e-mails:
- The first e-mail will be sent immediately to the e-mail address you provided during checkout, to confirm the order. This e-mail will contain your order number. You will need this number to track your order online, or to make a return or exchange at a later date.
- The second e-mail will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. This e-mail will contain the USPS or UPS tracking number for your purchase.
All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. |
Shipping: Rates, Delivery Schedule, Policy

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE (applies to US orders only)
-Most ground orders arrive 5 days after order placed. However, our ground shipping window is 3-10 days.
-Last day to guarantee to Dec 24th delivery using 2-day shipping is Wednesday, December 19th
-Last day to guarantee to Dec 24th delivery using next-day shipping is Thursday, December 20th Footpetals.com offers $3 shipping on all U.S. ground orders, everyday. International shipping is available for the U.K, Canada, and Australia.
Order Processing, Ship and Delivery Schedule
- Orders placed Sunday through Thursday generally ship the following day.
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ship Monday.
- Orders do not ship weekends or weekday Holidays.
- Arrival dates exclude Holidays and Weekends.
Delivery Schedule (See Order Processing and Ship Schedule Above to determine actual arrival date)
- Standard USPS Ground: Arrives in 3-10 business days, $3
- Fedex 2-day: Arrives 2 days from ship date, $25
- Fedex Next Day: Arrives 1 day from ship date, $30
- USPS International: Arrives 2-4 weeks from ship date, $25
Shipping Details
- Orders using Standard Shipping may take up to 48 hours to process before shipping.
- Expedited orders are shipped the next business day (see ship schedule above).
- Footpetals.com ships to the U.S., Canada, Australia and the UK.
- Footpetals.com ships to military post offices and PO Boxes using USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for military post office addresses or PO Boxes.

Payments we Accept

Footpetals.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. At this time we cannot accept PayPal, cash, CODs, checks or money orders.
The name and billing address you provide must match the name and billing address on record with your credit card company.
Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. |
Sales Tax

When required, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Ohio, Texas, New York, and California.
Sales tax is based on the shipping address, and is computed as a percentage of your merchandise plus shipping total. If applicable, the tax amount will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page prior to completing your order. |

Footpetals.com periodically gives you the opportunity to take advantage of special offers, by entering promo codes upon checkout. These promo codes are shared in a multitude of places, including (but not limited to) our website, our social media pages, in our emails if you are a subscriber to our email list. These promo codes are available for online orders only and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Only one promo code may be used per order. |
