Dianne worked for 13 years a legal assistant for a top Cleveland defense law firm. Dianne went on to work 9 years as a Customer Service /Sales Assistant for a Fortune 100 chemical manufacturer, specializing in their international business sector. Dianne attended Kent State University and holds a Certificate in Customer Service Management from Rockhurst University.

Responsibilities: New account vendor set-up (UPC code assignments and EDI catalog setup) and all new vendor paperwork, new product set-up in BAAN (Product ID's ,costs ), Processing orders and Returns, purchasing of all cushion raw materials and packaging, responsible for classification harmonized codes for imported items, inventory control systems for re-orders and administrative assistance to sales people.
