
Are the cushions reusable and be switched from shoe to shoe?
Once a Foot Petals cushion is placed in a pair of shoes we suggest you keep them in the same pair of shoes, moving the cushions from shoe to shoe will break down the adhesive.
Once a cushion is placed in a shoe they will last the LIFETIME of the shoe.

Will the cushions make my feet sweat even more?
No, the material PORON that our cushions are made of is designed to repel moisture thus keeping feet cool, dry, and sexy.

Can you place Heavenly Heelz lower in the shoe rather then near the top?
Yes, Heavenly Heelz and most of our other cushions can be placed anywhere in the shoe to alleviate pressure or friction.

How can you clean the cushions?
Cushions can be cleaned with a mild soap, a wash cloth, and just wiped clean.

Why do some cushions crack?
If the cushion is accidentally stretched while placing inside the shoe the cushion may crack. If this occurs the cushion may eventually tare, and it should be replaced.

Do Foot Petals products help women with Osteoporosis and bunions?

Are the slippers washable? If so, how do you recommend washing and drying?
The Spalux Slippers are washable, just put them in your washer on a gentle/ delicate cycle. To dry, place in dryer on a low heat cycle.
Hostess Slippers can be cleaned by wiping down the surface with a gentle soap and water mixture.

Tips for perfect cushion placement...
- To ensure the cushion is placed in a most comfortable spot without having to stick, remove, and re-stick… Only expose a small portion of the adhesive,
so it is easy to test and move if not happy with the placement.
- Tip Toes and Killer Kushionz should be placed starting right behind your toes at the ball-of- foot area.
- Tip Toes should be placed with widest part of the Tip Toe aligned with the widest part of the shoe.
- All cushions can by cut and customized to fit in tight or narrow areas that might need some cushioning to help relieve friction.

I bought a pair of shoes that are too big for me, Can your products help my shoe fit better?
Yes, you’re going to want to use Tip Toes or Killer Kushionz along with Heavenly Heelz. These will help keep your feet in the right place in the shoe and make them fit better.
If for some reason the shoe is still too big, add another cushion and the shoe should now fit properly.
Tip: Any of our cushions can be layer on top of each other in order to help you achieve that “perfect fit”.

We will gladly issue a refund or exchange for the value of any Footpetals.com merchandise returned within 90 days of purchase.
All returns must be shipped in their original packaging and in their original condition, unless damaged.
We will refund the whole amount of the order minus the shipping cost.
